Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Seasonal Selling Associate to enhance the client experience during the holiday season. You will report to a Sales Manager and work with the selling team to deliver exceptional service.

You will greet customers, assist across store areas, process POS transactions, and collaborate with Operations to support BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, and fittings. Qualified candidates have at least 1 year in customer-focused roles, familiarity with retail tech, and a flexible

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in customer-centric roles with ability to sell products and services.
• Familiar with retail and mobile technologies.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and transition to the appropriate associate.
• Serve in different store areas as needed.
• Process POS transactions efficiently.
• Escalate issues to management when needed.
• Follow up on customer requests.
• Support BOPIS and curbside pickup in partnership with Operations team and managers on duty.
• Assist with fitting room experiences as needed.
• Promote services such as alterations, personalization, food or beverage, or delivery.
