Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Seasonal Selling Associate to enhance the client experience and support a luxury retail team during peak season. You will report to a Sales Manager and help ensure exceptional service across entrances and departments, with opportunities to upsell services and merchandise.

The role requires at least 1 year in customer-centric roles, comfort with retail tech, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-centric roles.
• Familiar with retail and mobile technologies.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients at store entrances and in departments, connecting them with the right associate.
• Serve in different store areas based on business needs.
• Process efficient Point of Sale transactions as needed.
• Handle escalated issues by connecting customers with management.
• Follow up on customer requests, questions and needs.
• Support BOPIS and Curbside pickup with Operations and managers.
• Assist with fitting room experiences when needed.
• Look for opportunities to present services like Alterations, Personalization, Food or Beverage, or delivery.
