Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Seasonal Selling Associate to enhance the client experience during peak season. You will report to a Sales Manager and help deliver exceptional service as part of a team dedicated to the Neiman Marcus magic.

You will welcome clients, assist across departments, manage POS transactions, and support services such as alterations and curbside pickup, in a fast-paced luxury retail setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-centric roles with sales experience.
• Familiar with retail and mobile technologies.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly at store entrances and departments and connect them to the right associate.
• Work in different areas of the store as needed based on business needs.
• Process Point of Sale transactions efficiently.
• Escalate issues to management when necessary and follow up on requests.
• Support BOPIS and curbside pickup, alterations in partnership with operations.
• Assist with fitting room experiences as required.
• Promote services like alterations, personalization, food/beverage, and delivery.
