Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Seasonal Selling Associate to enhance the client experience during peak season. You will report to a Sales Manager and work with a team that strives to make lives extraordinary through exceptional service.

Responsibilities include warmly welcoming clients, assisting across store areas, processing POS transactions, and supporting BOPIS/curbside pickup with the operations team. A minimum of 1 year in a customer-centric role is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-centric role(s).
• Familiar with retail and mobile technologies.
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients at store entrances and department floors.
• Assist across areas of the store as needed.
• Process POS transactions efficiently.
• Escalate issues to management as required.
• Support BOPIS and curbside pickup with Operations team.
