Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Seasonal Selling Associate to join the luxury team during the holidays. You will welcome clients, guide them to the right specialist, and ensure exceptional customer experiences across store departments.

Reporting to a Sales Manager, you will help deliver high‑touch service, handle POS transactions, and support services like alterations, personalization, and curbside pickup. A real opportunity to grow within the Exemplar Luxury Group with an employee discount.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-centric roles with ability to sell products and services.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and transition them to the appropriate associate.
• Work in store areas based on business needs.
• Process Point of Sale transactions efficiently.
• Escalate issues by connecting customers with management.
• Follow up on customer requests and needs.
• Support BOPIS and curbside pickup with operations team.
• Assist with fitting room experiences when needed.
• Promote services like alterations, personalization, and delivery.
