Job summary

Neiman Marcus, part of Exemplar Luxury Group, is seeking a Seasonal Selling Associate to enhance the client experience during peak season. You will report to a Sales Manager and help deliver exceptional customer service across store departments.

You will engage clients, process sales, support BOPIS/curbside, and assist with alterations and fittings while leveraging retail technology to drive sales. Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-centric role(s) with proven ability to sell products and services

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients at store entrances and in departments, transitioning them to the right associate
• Serve in different areas of the store as needed
• Process POS transactions
• Handle escalated issues by connecting customers with management
• Follow up on customer requests and needs
• Support BOPIS and curbside pickup with Operations
• Assist with Fitting Room Experiences when needed
• Promote services like Alterations, Personalization, Food or Beverage, and delivery
