Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Seasonal Selling Associate to enhance the client experience with our selling team during peak season. You will report to a Sales Manager and contribute to a people-first, service-oriented culture designed to make life extraordinary.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, assisting across store areas, processing transactions, resolving escalations, and promoting services like Alterations, Personalization, and curbside options.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer-centric roles with sales experience.
• Familiar with retail and mobile technologies.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients at store entrances and departments; transition to appropriate associate.
• Serve in different areas of the store as needed.
• Process POS transactions efficiently.
• Handle escalated issues by connecting customers with management.
• Follow up on customer requests and needs.
• Support BOPIS and curbside pickup in partnership with Operations.
