Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to serve as a front-line brand ambassador, delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience. You will meet personal and store sales goals, support daily store operations, and contribute to omni-channel selling initiatives.

The role blends luxury retail service with data-driven clienteling and teamwork, requiring adaptability to dynamic business needs and a proactive, energetic approach to customer engagement.

Formación

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, live-stream shopping or video demos experience (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style/service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet/exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
