Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in Commerce, CA to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and meet store sales goals. This role blends luxury retail service, omni‑channel selling, and teamwork to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

You will build lasting client relationships, drive sales through cross-selling and upselling, and participate in brand initiatives and training while supporting daily store operations and visual merchandising.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Experience with POS operation and Mobile POS.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background and social media savvy (preferred).
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and peak periods.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
• Build client relationships through styling, product knowledge, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Support daily store operations and inventory management.
