Job summary

Hermès of Paris is seeking a Seasonal Client Relations Center Coordinator for our New York, NY corporate office. This onsite role supports Hermes.com and flagship boutique clients via phone, email and live chat, delivering elevated service.

The assignment lasts 3 months, with hourly pay of 21 USD. Open availability and 1–2 years in call center or luxury service are preferred; strong communication and CRM experience are required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in a call center or customer service role, including internships.
• Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or high-end service.
• Strong verbal and written communication with professional discretion.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment.
• Team player who shares knowledge and supports peers.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries via phone, email and live chat with impeccable communication.
• Convey Hermès style, values and vision in every interaction.
• Follow up and resolve client issues promptly.
• Process online orders and monitor pending shipments.
• Resolve delivery issues related to e‑commerce orders.
• Collaborate with internal partners to exceed client expectations.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to policies.
• Uphold brand integrity and tailored customer solutions.
• Maintain a sophisticated, professional tone in all interactions.
• Foster long-term client loyalty through excellent service.
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor.
