Job summary

Hermès is seeking a seasonal coordinator to act as the primary contact for clients via phone, email, and live chat. Based at the New York corporate office, you will support the eCommerce business and US flagship boutiques, resolving order issues while maintaining confidentiality and high client expectations.

The role is onsite for three months, with open availability including weekends, and requires 1+ year of customer service experience in luxury or high-end environments.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of call center or customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone, email and live chat inquiries with professional, brand-appropriate communication.
• Place and follow up on online orders and resolve delivery or order-related issues.
• Respond to client voicemails and ensure timely resolution and follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal partners and boutiques to resolve client requests.
• Provide tailored solutions and recommendations to foster long-term client loyalty.
• Maintain confidentiality, data protection and adherence to company policies.
