Qualifications

• Three+ years of luxury fashion sales experience
• Proven ability to exceed individual and store targets
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Foreign language knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

• Meet or surpass monthly and yearly sales objectives.
• Provide outstanding, personalized customer service and cultivate lasting client relationships.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of LOEWE products and brand heritage.
• Utilize CRM tools to collect customer data for personalized engagement.
• Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom per policy.
• Contribute to visual presentation and uphold LOEWE image standards.
• Record customer information accurately and promote store events.
• Address client-related issues such as shipping and alterations promptly.
• Support shipping, receiving and inventory control as needed.
