LOEWE is hiring a Temporary Client Advisor at our Valley Fair location in San Jose. The role focuses on building luxury client relationships while achieving sales goals through our brand values.

You will leverage deep product knowledge and CRM tools to deliver personalized service, exceed KPI targets, and maintain a premium store image. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience.
• Proven history of exceeding targets and building relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and follow-through.
• Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with adaptability.
• Open to a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Foreign language knowledge is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Continuously meet or surpass monthly and yearly sales objectives.
• Provide outstanding, personalized customer service and showcase product knowledge.
• Exceed KPI targets through exceptional service.
• Utilize CRM tools to collect customer data for personalized engagement.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom per policy.
• Contribute to visual presentation and brand standards.
• Promote store events via email, phone, and notes.
• Maintain an accurate client book and follow up on all sales and inquiries.
• Address shipping, alterations, and client-related issues promptly.
• Support housekeeping and inventory control as needed.
