You will deliver personalized service, showcase deep product knowledge, maintain store presentation, and use CRM tools to tailor outreach and future opportunities.

Qualifications

• Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience in retail.
• Proven history of exceeding targets while building enduring relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with ability to multitask.
• Strong organizational skills and follow-through.
• Team-oriented mindset with collaborative approach.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Foreign language knowledge a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Continuously meet or surpass monthly and yearly sales objectives, contributing to business growth.
• Provide personalized customer service and build enduring relationships, with deep product knowledge.
• Exceed KPI targets by delivering top-tier service.
• Use CRM tools to gather customer data for personalized engagement and future opportunities.
• Maintain a well-organized sales floor and stockroom per policy.
• Contribute to visual presentation and uphold LOEWE’s image standards.
• Record customer information accurately and promote store events.
• Support shipping, receiving, and inventory as requested.
