Job summary

LOEWE on Rodeo Drive is seeking a Client Advisor to nurture luxury client relationships and drive sales in line with the brand's heritage and standards. You will deliver personalized service, deepen product knowledge, manage client data, and support events while maintaining a pristine store presentation.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required, and collaboration with the team is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Foreign language knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales objectives.
• Provide personalized customer service and build lasting relationships.
• Utilize CRM to capture client data for future opportunities.
• Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom.
• Contribute to product presentation and LOEWE image standards.
• Promote store events and manage client communications.
• Record and update client information in the database.
• Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.
