Loewe in Short Hills, New Jersey is seeking a Temporary Senior Client Advisor to deliver exceptional service and drive sales in a fast-paced luxury environment. You will greet clients, advise on product categories, and build lasting relationships while upholding LOEWE’s heritage.

You will contribute to inventory and visual merchandising efforts, mentor colleagues, and participate in team objectives, with a flexible, collaborative approach to meet individual and store goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience driving and exceeding sales goals.
• Experience in leather goods and/or ready-to-wear preferred.
• Interest in fashion, art, culture.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve individual and team sales objectives.
• Provide exemplary customer service and product consultation.
• Highlight LOEWE brand history and craft to clients.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to cross-sell and upsell.
• Build and manage a client book; nurture relationships.
• Lead and mentor colleagues; support onboarding for new joiners.
• Assist with inventory and back-of-house tasks as needed.
• Support visual merchandising and store standards.
