V Opco, LLC's Vince brand in Brentwood, CA is seeking a Client Advisor/Keyholder for a temporary seasonal role. You will lead with luxury service, build a loyal client book, and help maintain the store's high standards of presentation and operations.

You'll bring 2+ years in luxury retail, proven ability to meet sales goals, and excellent communication. The role requires weekend/evening availability and physical duties on the sales floor.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers.
• Familiar with POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Lift up to 35 pounds while merchandising and maintaining the sales floor.

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations
• Build understanding of fabrics, fits, construction, and design intent and use it as a selling tool
• Grow a robust client book through proactive outreach to generate repeat business
• Speak about the Vince aesthetic to drive brand-focused interactions
• Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement
• Model best-in-class selling and clienteling on the floor
• Support store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visuals
• Uphold company policies, including loss prevention
