Vince is seeking a Client Advisor/Keyholder for a temporary/seasonal role in Brentwood, CA. The position emphasizes luxury service, clienteling, and store sales, with strong product knowledge and brand standards.

You will build a robust client book, convert walk-ins into loyal clients, and support operations including POS, merchandising, and inventory. The role requires 2+ years in luxury retail and the ability to work weekends, evenings, events, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills allowing for effective communication with your customers.
• Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations.
• Building a deep understanding of fabrics, fits, construction, and design intent and using it as a selling tool to inspire confident purchasing decisions.
• Cultivate and grow a robust client book through proactive outreach (SMS, email, personalized follow-up, referrals).
• Speak confidently about the Vince aesthetic and turn styling conversations into brand-focused interactions that drive sales.
• Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement and strategic wardrobing.
