Job summary

Loewe on Rodeo Drive is seeking a Temporary Client Advisor to build enduring relationships with luxury clients and achieve sales goals in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

You will showcase LOEWE’s product knowledge and heritage, exceed KPI targets, manage client data in our CRM, contribute to visual standards, and support store operations with a collaborative, guest‑focused mindset. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience.
• Proven history of exceeding targets while building relationships with customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and follow-through.
• Team-oriented with collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales objectives.
• Provide personalized customer service and build enduring relationships.
• Deliver top-tier customer service to surpass KPI targets.
• Use CRM tools to collect data for personalized engagement.
• Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom per policy.
• Contribute to visual presentation and uphold LOEWE image guidelines.
• Record customer information accurately in the database.
• Promote store events and nurture client books for follow-up.
• Manage shipping, alterations, and related client needs.
• Support shipping, receiving and inventory control as needed.
