LOEWE seeks a Temporary Client Advisor for its Las Vegas Crystals location to build relationships with luxury clients and drive sales in a fast-paced setting. You will leverage product knowledge and the brand heritage to exceed sales targets while maintaining exceptional service.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and a collaborative spirit, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as demanded by business. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Qualifications

• Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience in retail.
• Proven history of exceeding individual and store targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-through abilities.
• Team-oriented with collaborative mindset.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Foreign language knowledge is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet or surpass monthly and yearly sales objectives.
• Provide personalized customer service and build lasting client relationships.
• Exceed KPI targets with top-tier service.
• Use CRM tools to gather customer data for personalization.
• Contribute to visual presentation and store standards.
• Assist with shipping, inventory, and stockroom organization.
• Record client information accurately in the database.
• Promote store events through various channels.
• Maintain an active and organized client book with prompt follow-up.
