Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. seeks Boutique Assistants for a luxury retail environment in Boca Raton, FL. You will create a warm, polished client experience and support the boutique team with appointments, product presentation, and concierge-style services.

The role requires late hours, holidays, and weekend availability, with a pay rate of $22–$23 per hour and a 35-hour workweek for a temporary assignment from October 2026 through February 2027. A professional, detail-oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail or high-touch service environments is preferred.
• Polished, approachable, professional presence.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient computer skills; SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming, and polished environment for every client.
• Support the boutique team with appointment preparation, client entertainment, product presentation, gift wrapping, and food and beverage service.
• Assist with preparing the boutique for client appointments and creating an elevated experience.
• Help manage boutique traffic, appointments, and client flow.
• Assist with client service requests, including watch sizing, strap changes, cleaning, engraving, and personalization services.
• Support concierge-style services such as restaurant reservations and directions for clients.
• Handle incoming calls, messages, and appointment inquiries.
• Maintain organized client-facing areas and hospitality spaces.
• Replenish supplies and keep sales and hospitality areas tidy.
• Assist with boutique opening/closing procedures and inventory management.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless client experiences.
