Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality or high-touch service is preferred.
• A polished, approachable and professional presence.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer and technology skills.
• Microsoft Office experience required; SAP experience is a plus.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
• A collaborative, positive, and can-do attitude.
• Genuine interest in luxury, fashion, jewelry, watches, hospitality, or exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming and polished environment for every client.
• Support the boutique team with appointment preparation, client entertainment, product presentation, gift wrapping and food and beverage service.
• Assist with preparing the boutique for client appointments and creating an elevated experience.
• Help manage boutique traffic, appointments and client flow.
• Assist with client service requests including watch sizing, strap changes, engraving and other personalization services.
• Assist with personalized requests such as restaurant reservations, directions and entertainment recommendations.
• Support incoming calls, messages and appointment-setting inquiries.
• Maintain organization and presentation of client-facing areas and wrap rooms.
• Replenish supplies and maintain organized sales and hospitality areas.
• Assist with boutique opening and closing procedures.
• Partner with operations to maintain supplies and non-sellable inventory.
• Support special projects and other boutique needs.
• Follow all security, operational and service standards.
• Work with sales associates, management and operations to create a seamless client experience.
