Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, upscale dining, or high-touch service.
• Polished, approachable, and professional presence.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus.
• Additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming environment for every client.
• Support appointment prep, client entertainment, product presentation, gift wrapping, and food and beverage service.
• Assist with preparing the boutique for client appointments and creating an elevated experience.
• Help manage boutique traffic, appointments, and client flow.
• Assist with client service requests, including watch sizing, strap changes, cleaning, engraving, embossing, and other personalization services.
• Assist clients with concierge-style requests such as reservations and directions.
• Support incoming calls, messages, and appointment-setting inquiries.
• Maintain the organization and presentation of client-facing areas and wrap rooms.
• Replenish supplies and maintain organized sales and hospitality areas.
• Assist with boutique opening and closing procedures and inventory.
