Leap Inc. is seeking a dynamic Part-Time Sales Associate to represent our boutique in Boca Raton.

You will deliver exceptional in-store experiences, drive customer satisfaction, and build brand connections while working in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. Responsibilities include supporting sales goals, maintaining visual standards, handling inventory tasks, and opening/closing procedures with potential keyholder duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail with premium accessories knowledge and customer service standards.
• Availability: flexible including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, move, and lift up to 50 pounds on the sales floor.
• Minimum age 18 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through authentic engagement and personalized recommendations.
• Support store sales goals with proactive customer engagement and strong selling behaviors.
• Maintain visual merchandising, inventory tasks, replenishment, cleanliness and store presentation.
