Job summary

Adecco seeks polished Boutique Assistants to join a luxury brand in Honolulu, delivering high-touch client service in a refined boutique setting. The role involves supporting appointments, product presentation, and personalized concierge services to ensure a seamless client experience.

The position runs from November 2026 through February 2027, with a 35-hour workweek and night/weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, upscale restaurants, hotels, customer service, or another high-touch service environment is preferred.
• A polished, approachable, and professional presence.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer and technology skills; SAP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming, and polished environment for every client.
• Support the boutique team with appointment preparation, client entertainment, product presentation, gift wrapping, and food and beverage service.
• Assist with preparing the boutique for client appointments and creating an elevated experience.
• Help manage boutique traffic, appointments, and client flow.
• Assist with client service requests including watch sizing, strap changes, engraving, and other personalization services.
• Assist clients with concierge-style requests such as restaurant reservations and directions.
