Job summary

Adecco is seeking polished Boutique Assistants for a luxury brand boutique in a high-touch, fast-paced setting. You will ensure a seamless client experience from arrival through departure, assisting with appointment prep, presentation, and concierge-style services.

The role emphasizes hospitality, attention to detail, and collaborative teamwork, with a focus on delivering elevated service to discerning clients in a boutique environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail or high-touch service environments preferred.
• Polished, approachable and professional presence.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced setting.
• Good computer skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office required; SAP a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming environment for every client.
• Support the boutique team with appointment prep, client entertainment, product presentation, gift wrapping, and food & beverage service.
• Prepare boutique for client appointments and elevate the experience.
• Manage boutique traffic, appointments, and client flow.
• Assist with client service requests including watch sizing, strap changes, cleaning, engraving, embossing, and personalization.
• Assist with concierge-style client requests such as restaurant reservations and directions.
• Handle incoming calls, messages, and appointment inquiries.
• Maintain organization and presentation of client-facing areas and wrap rooms.
• Replenish supplies and keep sales and hospitality areas tidy.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and inventory management.
