Royal Poinciana Golf Club in Naples, FL is seeking full-time, seasonal line cooks to join our elite culinary team. You will help prepare ingredients, cook to recipes, and maintain kitchen standards in a high-volume, fine-dining environment.

Qualifications

• Proven line cook experience in a high-volume or fine-dining setting.
• Strong understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
• Ability to work accurately and quickly without supervision.
• Knowledge of food safety and kitchen sanitation best practices.
• Read, write and communicate in basic English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
• Cook according to recipes, quality standards, and checklists.
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves and fryers.
• Test foods to ensure proper cooking and temperatures.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and station setup.
