LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort in Naples, FL is seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our culinary team. You will work in venues including Baleen, the Members-Only Beach Club Dining Room, and the Banquet Culinary Team, preparing elevated dishes and supporting special events.

Qualifications

• Experience as Line Cook, Banquet Cook, or similar culinary role preferred.
• Strong understanding of food preparation and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up workstations with required tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Maintain strict adherence to sanitation, safety, and health regulations.
• Review production schedules and par levels to ensure proper preparation.
• Transport supplies from storage areas and stock designated workstations.
• Prepare and produce menu items needed for daily operations.
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings and daily specials to ensure quality.
• Ensure organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of all work areas and kitchen equipment.
• Support banquet events and employee dining operations as needed.
