Responsibilities

• Prepare food of consistent quality following recipe cards and standards per servers’ checks.
• Start items prepared ahead of time and manage prep to avoid overproduction.
• Date, rotate and store perishables to PGA National standards.
• Check pars, determine prep needs, freezer pull and line setup.
• Note shortages and assist in keeping buffet stocked.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment and keep it clean.
• Adhere to attendance rules and be available regularly; perform other duties as assigned.
