Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a proactive Leasing Consultant to join our multi-family communities. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background checks, prepare leases, and coordinate move-ins to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction.

You will also help implement marketing plans, follow-up with applicants, and assist with lease renewals while maintaining property appearance and safety standards across site operations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with prospects and residents.
• Ability to present properties effectively and handle inquiries with professionalism.
• Experience in sales, leasing or customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct property tours, and qualify applicants in person.
• Process applications, perform credit checks, and prepare lease documents.
• Coordinate move-ins and ensure smooth resident onboarding and satisfaction.
• Design and implement off-site marketing activities to drive traffic.
• Assist with renewals, referrals, and daily property operations to meet occupancy goals.
