Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage in-person leasing, tours and applications at our properties. You will process applications, run credit/background checks, prepare lease documents and ensure a smooth move-in process.

You will also design local marketing activities, engage with prospects, and monitor market trends to optimize occupancy and revenue while maintaining high resident satisfaction and lease renewals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation and delivery skills for in-person tours and calls.
• Customer service mindset with ability to handle tenant inquiries and negotiations.
• Proficiency with property management software for reporting and leasing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit checks and criminal background screenings.
• Prepare lease and move-in packages and ensure smooth move-ins and renewals.
• Design and execute offsite marketing to drive traffic and leases.
• Monitor market trends and adjust marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
