Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for our apartment communities. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and help tenants move in while ensuring occupancy and revenue goals.

The role requires strong communication, presentation and customer service skills, with weekend availability and comfort working in an office and outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing or Customer Service preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects face-to-face and conduct property tours.
• Process applications, credit screenings, and background checks.
• Prepare lease and move-in documents and secure renewals.
• Execute offsite marketing activities to drive traffic to the property.
• Maintain property appearance and respond to resident and owner inquiries.
