Boyne Resorts is seeking a Seasonal Steward to keep our Snoqualmie kitchen clean, organized and ready for service. You will clean dishware, manage waste, restock stations, and support the culinary team while adhering to safety standards.

The role requires weekend/holiday availability, and you will report to the Sous Chef in Seattle’s Summit at Snoqualmie area. This is a seasonal, non-benefited position with opportunities to participate in the Ally Health program.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Washington State Food Worker Card.
• Excellent English communication and listening skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Team-oriented and professional demeanor.
• Seasonal role requiring weekend and holiday availability.

Responsabilités

• Clean and sanitize dishware, glassware, flatware, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
• Organize and maintain kitchen work areas and cleaning of equipment.
• Coordinate storage of clean dishes and cooking items for efficient service.
• Manage waste systems including sorting, garbage, recycling and compost.
• Perform facility maintenance and stock supplies at stations and refrigeration units.
• Support additional operational needs and special projects as they arise.
