Job summary

Boyne Resorts at The Summit at Snoqualmie is seeking a seasonal cook to prepare and plate menu items across kitchen stations. You will follow recipes, maintain food safety, and support service with organized mise en place. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

The role focuses on consistent, well-executed prep, teamwork, and maintaining clean, efficient stations throughout each shift. Compensation ranges per hour with tips; non-benefited position with benefits options through Ally Health

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead opening procedures and sanitation protocols.

• Cook and plate dishes following recipes and standards.
• Label, date, and rotate ingredients accurately.
• Finish with proper storage and waste minimization.
