Job summary

Boyne Resorts’ Summit at Snoqualmie is seeking a Steward to support kitchen operations by cleaning dishware, sanitizing equipment, and managing waste. This seasonal role reports to the Sous Chef and requires availability on weekends and holidays, helping keep service moving smoothly.

You will support both the culinary team and front-of-house operations while maintaining a clean, organized kitchen at Seattle’s home mountain, Summit at Snoqualmie.

Qualifications

• Obtain and maintain a valid Washington State Food Worker Card prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize dishware, glassware, flatware, cookware, and kitchen equipment using automated systems and hand-washing techniques.
• Organize and maintain kitchen work areas, ensuring equipment and utensils are properly cleaned and positioned.
• Coordinate storage of clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment to support efficient service.
• Manage waste management systems, including sorting and disposal of garbage, recycling, and compost.
• Perform facility maintenance including floor care, surface cleaning, and deep sanitization.
• Stock supplies and food items at serving stations, storage areas, and refrigeration units.
• Coordinate logistics for transferring supplies and equipment between storage and active work areas.
• Contribute to additional operational needs and special projects as they arise.
