This role requires weekend and holiday availability during peak mountain seasons, with a focus on professionalism, teamwork, and excellent guest service. Washington Food Worker card is required prior to employment.

• Restock essential supplies including plates, glasses, silverware, and napkins
• Follow established procedures for waste management, restocking, and equipment upkeep
• Collaborate with hosts, servers, dishwashers, bartenders, and culinary staff to support the team
• Create a clean, welcoming first impression for every guest seated
