Wolfoods is seeking a Kitchen Manager for a live-in, on-site role at a rustic summer camp. You will lead a high-volume kitchen, supervise staff, manage budgets, and ensure allergen safety. This seasonal contract runs May through September, with full-time hours (minimum 6 days per week) and on-site room and board.

Join a fast-paced team delivering scratch cooking and exceptional camp dining. Experience in commercial kitchen leadership and ServSafe Allergens certification are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in kitchen leadership in a commercial setting.
• Scratch cooking experience and high-volume operations.
• ServSafe Allergens certification required before start date.

Responsabilités

• Lead, schedule, and train kitchen staff in a high-volume camp setting.
• Oversee budgeting, inventory, and daily reporting.
• Ensure allergen safety protocols and sanitation standards.
• Coordinate with camp leadership and Wolfoods corporate office.
• Maintain quality and timely meal service for campers.
