Job summary

Wolfoods is seeking a Kitchen Manager for a live-in, on-site role at a rustic summer camp network. You will lead kitchen operations, supervise staff, manage budgets, and ensure allergen safety across high-volume meals.

This seasonal contract runs May through September. You will live on-site, work a demanding 6-day/70-hour week, and report to Wolfoods leadership while delivering scratch-cooked, quality meals to campers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role.
• ServSafe Manager Certified (Allergens required).
• Strong leadership, budgeting, problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operations & Leadership: Lead, schedule, and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy environment.
• Culinary & Quality Excellence: Manage operational flow, portion control, menu specs, scratch cooking, timely service.
