Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead a busy on-site camp kitchen. You will supervise daily culinary operations, manage a team, and uphold allergen safety and cost controls in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

This live-in seasonal role runs May through Sept across rural camp facilities; you’ll collaborate with camp leadership and Wolfoods central office, ensuring high-quality scratch cooking and exceptional camper nutrition.

Competenze

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch cooking experience.
• ServSafe Manager Certified (ServSafe Allergens required before start; company-sponsored).
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to stand long hours in hot/cold kitchen environments and lift up to 50 lbs.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and lead, schedule, and train staff.
• Ensure scratch cooking execution, portion control, menu specs, and timely meal service.
• Maintain strict allergen safety protocols (Kosher, Nut-Free, Gluten-Free, Vegan, etc.) and high sanitation standards.
• Manage inventory, place orders, monitor budgets, and produce daily reports.
• Serve as liaison between kitchen, campers, camp leadership, and Wolfoods corporate office.
