Wolfoods seeks an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead daily culinary operations at a fast-paced summer camp. This on-site, live-in role requires managing staff, budgeting, and strict allergen safety protocols to ensure high-quality, safe meals for campers.

The position is seasonal (May–Sept) with a demanding 6-day/70-hour week, and offers competitive pay, bonus potential, and full room & board.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch cooking experience.
• ServSafe Manager Certification; Allergens training required before start date.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead, schedule, and train kitchen staff to maintain high-energy operations.
• Oversee culinary quality, portion control, menu specs, and scratch cooking.
• Manage allergen safety protocols and sanitation standards.
• Administer inventory, food orders, and budget tracking.
• Serve as liaison between kitchen, campers, camp leadership and Wolfoods.
