Wolfoods seeks an experienced Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at our on-site summer camp facilities across the US. You will oversee daily culinary operations, staff management, budgeting, and strict allergen safety in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

This is a live-in, seasonal position (May–Sept) with competitive pay, performance bonuses, and full room and board. You will thrive in a rustic setting, lead a dynamic team, and ensure exceptional camp dining experiences.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch cooking experience.
• ServSafe Manager Certification (Allergens required before start date; company-sponsored).
• Strong leadership, budgeting capability, and sharp problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead, schedule, and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy, positive environment.
• Oversee daily culinary operations, quality, flow, portion control and timely meal service; allergen safety.
• Manage inventory, place food orders, control budgets, and track daily reporting.
• Serve as the main liaison between kitchen operations, campers, camp leadership and Wolfoods corporate office.
