Qualifications

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch cooking experience.
• ServSafe Manager Certified; Allergens certification preferred or required before start date.
• Strong budgeting, inventory, and team leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy, positive environment.
• Oversee daily culinary operations, portion control, and scratch cooking.
• Strictly manage food allergy protocols and sanitation standards.
• Manage inventory, place orders, and monitor budgets and daily reports.
• Serve as liaison between kitchen, campers, camp leadership, and Wolfoods office.
