Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead daily kitchen operations at a high-volume, on-site summer camp across the US. This hands-on role requires scheduling, training, budgeting, and strict allergen safety management.

You will live on-site for a May–Sept season, coordinating with camp leadership to deliver scratch-cooked meals while maintaining high standards of safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role.
• ServSafe Manager Certified; Allergens knowledge preferred.
• Strong leadership and budgeting capability.
• Ability to manage food safety, allergen protocols, and sanitation to health standards.
• Able to live on-site and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume camp setting.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and lead staff scheduling and training.
• Maintain culinary quality, portion control, menu specs, and scratch cooking execution.
• Manage allergen safety programs and sanitation in line with Health Department standards.
• Control budgets, inventory, orders, and daily reporting.
• Serve as liaison between kitchen, campers, camp leadership, and Wolfoods corporate office.
