Job summary

Hot Topic, Inc. is hiring a Key Holder to support the store leadership team in delivering an outstanding customer experience and ensuring fans can find the merch they love. You will train new recruits, help meet sales targets, and support daily operations alongside the Store Manager.

You will use your fandom knowledge to assist customers, manage transactions, and contribute to merchandising and loss prevention efforts, while maintaining store standards and a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Able to stand and walk during shifts and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage repeat visits.
• Assist Store Manager and lead when needed to support daily operations.
• Help drive sales by meeting KPI targets and understanding the sales plan.
• Maintain visual standards and assist with opening/closing duties.
• Operate the register, process transactions and manage shortages/overages with the Store Manager.
• Assist with merchandising changes and planograms.
• Share fashion and music trend information with management and HQ.
