Job summary

Hot Topic, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Key Holder to support the store leadership team in delivering an outstanding customer experience. You’ll train new recruits, help manage daily operations, and work toward sales targets while keeping the store looking great and fans engaged.

You’ll lead by example on the sales floor, assist with opening and closing, and ensure accurate checkout and inventory processes. If you love music, pop culture, and merchandising, this role is for you.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service and selling abilities.
• Ability to train and coach new sales staff.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience and drive customer satisfaction.
• Assist store leadership and help run the store when needed.
• Understand sales goals and help achieve KPIs like UPT and ADT.
• Assist with planograms, opening/closing duties, and merchandising.
• Process transactions, manage register closeouts, and report shortages.
• Train and coach new Sales Associates to integrate quickly.
• Support stock room organization and store cleanliness.
