Hot Topic is seeking a Seasonal Key Holder to support the store leadership team and deliver an exceptional customer experience to fans of music and pop culture. You will train new recruits, assist with daily operations, and help reach sales targets while maintaining a strong knowledge of products.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience and train new recruits.
• Support store leadership and help run the store during absences.
• Help drive sales and KPIs like UPT and ADT.
• Assist with floor coverage, opening/closing duties, and merchandising.
• Process transactions and communicate shortages or overages to leadership.
• Assist with planogram changes and store mappings.
