Job summary

The Salvation Army Northern Division is seeking a Seasonal Red Kettle Campaign Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations, staffing, scheduling, and kettle logistics during the holiday season.

This role is 25 hours per week at $15/hour through December 2026, with responsibilities including hiring and onboarding, timekeeping and payroll support, route coordination, data entry, and on-site kettle operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and Salvation Army MVR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hiring and onboarding of seasonal bell ringers and kettle drivers.
• Review and maintain timekeeping records and payroll timelines.
• Develop daily schedules for staff and volunteers; manage coverage needs.
• Coordinate kettle locations, routes, and equipment; provide on-site support.
• Maintain campaign records and enter kettle activity data.
• Assist with kettle routes, deliveries, and staffing as needed.
