Responsibilities

• Secure and manage kettle locations and ensure documentation per policy.
• Maintain kettle equipment and arrange delivery/pickup as needed.
• Recruit and train volunteer kettle workers and manage schedules.
• Oversee scheduling and attendance of kettle workers; cover shifts when needed.
• Assist in counting and depositing kettle funds per policy.
• Support end-of-season inventory and equipment storage.
• Assist with volunteer hour collection and reporting.
• Support annual food and toy collection and distribution.
• Perform general office tasks as assigned by supervisor.
