Job summary

Gravie is seeking a Temporary Desktop Support Technician to maintain IT infrastructure for a growing team in Minneapolis. You will handle Level 1 tickets, support Windows, Chrome, and Mac environments, and provide on-site and remote assistance to employees five days a week.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year IT experience, strong customer service, and ability to learn quickly. Nice-to-have skills include Five9, MFA tools, and cloud app support.

Qualifications

• 1+ years IT experience including troubleshooting Chrome and Mac laptops.
• Experience supporting Windows, Macs, printers and networking.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Nice-to-have: Five9, Chromebooks, Duo, Okta MFA, Freshservice, AWS AppStream or Zoom Rooms.

Responsibilities

• Handle Level 1 IT support tickets for local and remote users.
• Manage Windows, Chrome, and Mac hardware and software including laptops and printers.
• Provide on-site and remote end-user support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Process IT tickets and incidents to meet SLAs.
• Support and troubleshoot company SaaS applications.
• Oversee hardware inventory and shipping/receiving of IT equipment.
• Set up and configure new Windows and Mac laptops with needed software.
• Stay current with OS and hardware advancements, SaaS apps, and best practices.
• Support cloud services for email, calendar and file sharing (Google Apps).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth IT operations.
• Demonstrate Gravie's core competencies: authentic, curious, creative, empathetic, outcomes-focused.
