Job Description

The Seasonal Inside Sales Representative (Remote) works from home, interfacing with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or the Internet. The role involves assisting customers during their purchasing journey, with a sales target of achieving a 30% conversion rate. You will engage in authentic conversations to identify the best products and services for customers and facilitate order placement. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis, and military veterans are encouraged to apply.

About the Role

As a remote Seasonal Inside Sales Representative, you will be part of a diverse team supporting well-known brands by providing excellent customer experiences and innovative solutions. This role offers opportunities for career growth, with training, support, and internal promotion prospects.

Responsibilities

1. Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide.
2. Assist customers with purchases and post-order support.
3. Ask probing questions to understand customer needs.
4. Persuade customers to purchase additional products/services.
5. Build client relationships and find ways to retain customers.
6. Track and document information in databases.
7. Maintain broad knowledge of products/services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables; familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS is preferred.
8. Offer additional products/services.
9. Deliver excellent customer experiences with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of soft sales experience (upselling, recommending products, telemarketing, etc.).
• Strong focus on building customer relationships.
• Understanding of upselling, persuasion, and sales conversion techniques.
• Open availability.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Quiet, distraction-free home environment.
• Proficiency in multitasking and learning new technologies.
• Strong computer skills and PC knowledge.
• Reliable desktop or laptop with internet access; company-provided equipment may be available.
• High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone.
• Reside in the United States with a valid U.S. address.
